Form Your Teams Now ~ 2026 Case for a Cause Competition with Roland Berger

Roland Berger is a leading global strategy consulting firm with offices in over 34 countries. In the U.S. we are in Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, and Houston. They are hosting their 10th annual charity consulting case competition to benefit Make-A-Wish® Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The competition provides undergraduate students the opportunity to solve a written case based on a real-life consulting challenge.

The goal of the Case for a Cause charity case competition is to raise funds to sponsor a child’s wish and provide career guidance and opportunity to students in schools in the local community. A registration fee of $100 per team (2-4 students) will help us meet our full fundraising goal for this year. Of course, 100% of all proceeds from the competition will be donated to Make-A-Wish foundation and you will be recognized as a donor entity that made it possible to sponsor a child’s wish.

Why should you participate?

The competition has multiple benefits for undergraduate students who wish to participate. Students get the opportunity to:

  • Simulate the work of a strategy consultant
  • Receive three short consulting skills guides and detailed feedback on their case analysis
  • Participate in career mentorship discussions and private networking events (finalists)
  • Receive a one-on-one recruiting workshop, including a resume review and mock interview with RB consultants (winners)

How do you sign-up?

We will circulate registration links in the coming weeks, so your teams will have the opportunity to sign up and participate. The registration deadline will be towards the middle of February so we can kick off the competition end of February!
