Program Overview
Beginning June 2027, Summer Analysts receive training in financial analysis, markets, and client service while gaining hands-on experience with Santander Corporate & Investment Banking (Santander CIB). Analysts work closely with teams across geographies and benefit from mentorship, professional development, and exposure to real transactions.

- Undergraduate students graduating May/June 2028
- GPA 3.5+
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Curious, motivated, and collaborative
