Interns work directly with deal teams at all levels and contribute to real M&A, equity, and debt transactions throughout the summer. Throughout the program, you’ll build financial models, conduct industry and company research, prepare client materials, and gain exposure to a wide range of transactions. Who they’re looking for:
Students with strong academics (3.5+ GPA), solid exposure to finance and accounting, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience and involvement in campus or community activities are strong advantages.
Eligibility:
Students graduating Dec 2027–May 2028, authorized to work in the U.S. Resume must include graduation date and GPA and be submitted in PDF format.
