The NobleReach Scholars Program connects recent graduates with one year, fully compensated, full-time roles focused on AI, computing & cybersecurity, business process innovation, materials and manufacturing within government agencies (federal, state and local) and mission-driven organizations focused on tackling complex challenges.

The NobleReach Scholars use their skills to make an impact for the public good. 

In 2025, 28 participants among over 1000 applicants were selected and placed in public service tech roles across 15 federal, state and local government agencies and five mission-driven industry partners, including US Department of Defense, City of Oklahoma City, City of Pittsburgh, Miami-Dade Innovation Authority (MDIA), New Mexico Administrative Office of the Courts, The State of Maryland, Seattle Information Technology, City of Seattle, Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation, and more.
