This two-year program is designed to accelerate the career growth of high-potential finance and accounting graduates. Participants rotate through four six-month assignments across Nordson’s U.S. locations, plus a three-month international assignment—gaining exposure to diverse areas such as financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, internal audit, and cost controlling.
Along the way, you’ll benefit from mentoring, formal feedback, and opportunities to build your network with senior finance leaders. By the end of the program, you’ll be well-positioned for a long-term career at Nordson in a role that matches your skills and aspirations.
Who should apply?
- Winter 2025 / Spring 2026 graduates earning a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Students with strong academic performance (3.0+ GPA)
- Individuals who are passionate about finance, demonstrate leadership potential, and have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Candidates who are geographically flexible and motivated to grow as future leaders in finance
