Andrea has over 25 years of experience as a strategy, finance, and business operations leader. She is currently the COO of Global Technology at Chubb. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she was a COO, Chief of Staff, and global leader of technology and operations organizations at Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, and SoFi. In her 18 years at Goldman Sachs, Andrea’s work included proprietary investing, fixed income M&A, and technology strategy. She also ran global credit and equity derivatives operations groups and was the Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer. At Wells Fargo, she was the COO of multiple technology organizations and was the head of Operations Strategy and Planning, where she established strategy for a 70k+ person global organization. Andrea holds a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Studies from Yale University and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She lives near New York City with her husband and three children.
