- Bentley+ Program
The Bentley+ program offers a range of extracurricular opportunities to enhance your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. By attending workshops, leadership programs, and engaging in hands-on activities, you can earn Bentley+ competencies that can be added to your resume. From my own experience, I can tell you that it’s not time-consuming at all, so go for it! It’s a great way to boost your resume with valuable skills.
- Study Abroad Programs
Want to experience education on a global scale? Bentley’s study abroad programs offer a chance to immerse yourself in different cultures while earning academic credit. Whether it’s for a semester, summer, or even a short-term program, studying abroad can be a game-changer in your college experience.
- Student Organizations
Bentley has over 100 student organizations, ranging from academic clubs to cultural groups to sports teams. Getting involved in these organizations is a fantastic way to meet new people, develop leadership skills, and build your network on campus.
Pro Tip: Try to get involved in at least one organization outside of your major or academic interests. It’s a great way to explore new passions and grow as a person. I’m currently on the e-boards of three organizations, and from my experience, I’ve learned more through these hands-on experiences than I have in the classroom. Plus, it looks great on your resume!
