Statement of Pulsifier Career Development Center:

“Employers consistently say that they want to hire students who have strong critical thinking and communication skills – the ability to gather and analyze information from a diverse set of sources and individuals to fully understand a problem and the ability to communicate this information in a clear and organized manner so that others can effectively understand.”

“Students who engage in undergraduate research have the unique opportunity to work with faculty on important academic projects to develop and strengthen these and other critical career readiness competencies in an academically impactful setting.”
