Intersecting Marketing and ChatGPT

“ChatGPT? Yeah I know what that is.”  “ChatGPT? I have no idea what that means.”  “ChatGPT? I use that everyday.”  These are the reactions I typically hear from students and employers when I ask them if or how they are using ChatGPT in their daily work.  This form of AI is one of many in existence, but has captured the attention of many industries since November of 2022.  It is becoming ubiquitous in conversations and some employers are even expecting their new hires or interns to be well versed in how to use the platform.  As we all learn more about this platform, I thought I’d share some marketing/communication industry related resources to better inform you on how ChatGPT intersects within those industries.
