Grace Hopper Celebration Scholarship Opportunity!

I want to introduce Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) to you. GHC is the world’s largest gathering of women technologists, where women from around the world learn, network, and celebrate their achievements. It attracts between 20,000 to 30,000 attendees from industry and academia coming together from 80+ countries each year. Since 2017, the faculty members of the Computer Information Systems Department at Bentley have provided support for Bentley’s female students who are interested in STEM-related careers to attend the annual GHC conference. 14 Bentley students and a faculty member have won highly sought-after GHC scholarships, and we hope you will be the next scholarship winner! One of the important benefits for students to attend GHC is that many big tech companies will recruit there and a number of Bentley students who attended GHC received job or internship offers.

This year GHC 2022 will be hybrid (virtual/Orlando, FL), September 20-23, 2022. The GHC Student Scholarship application has opened. There will be meetings to share experiences and provide guidance to students about how to apply to the Student Scholarship and how to prepare for attending GHC and taking advantage of career opportunities. Women students in any technology-related field, both undergraduate and graduate students are welcome. If you are interested in registering for this amazing opportunity click here!
