First-Year and Sophomore Women: Are you interested in Investment Banking?!

ibRecruit is a pro-bono entity committed to helping undergraduate women from non-target schools place into investment banking internships on Wall Street.  The ibRecruit team is made up of a Junior and Senior Board, consisting of women with varied backgrounds with one common goal: increasing the number of women from non-target schools on Wall Street.

The ibRecruit program shepherds women through their entire investment banking internship recruiting process by pairing candidates with mentors who have successfully been through the recruiting process themselves, and providing unique opportunities for candidates to connect directly with top-tier investment banks.

For the first class, ibRecruit is looking for four freshmen and three sophomore undergraduate women from roughly fifty geographically dispersed non-target universities that have identified a potential interest in Investment Banking. There will naturally be a competitive admissions process that will consist of a GPA / resume screen, as well as behavioral interviews. If selected, candidates will receive guidance on behavioral and technical interviews, as well as monthly 1:1 instruction for mock interviews. While there is no guarantee that the candidates will land a job, candidates will certainly be well prepared.
