The Orgnaization of Latino Actuaries help students land on a job is through their Organization of Latino Actuaries Academy (OLAA). Participation is free, and any Latine actuarial student is eligible to apply.

In addition to support on resume reviews, mock interviews, LinkedIn setup, and networking, OLAA gives students access to virtual career fairs:

OLA Career Fair #2, Fri 9/10 11am-3pm EDT, Virtual
OLA Career Fair #3, Wed 9/29 11am-3pm EDT, Virtual
OLA @ GIS, TBD, Virtual

They have over 40 companies represented in the OLA Career Fairs. In 2020, over 60% of OLAA participants landed on an internship or full-time entry level job.
