School can be stressful. Interning can also be stressful. You want to perform your best in both, but when they are simultaneously happening, it can get really overwhelming if you’re not taking good care of yourself. Here are some ways on how to relax and minimize stress when you’re in this situation.

  1. Recognize the signs of yourself starting to get stressed.
    1. Stress builds up, so understanding and seeing stress early on is crucial to your success – and your sanity.
  2. Say no
    1. Taking on additional responsibilities on top of what you’re already doing can seem like a good idea… until it’s not. Make sure that you know how to ask for fewer responsibilities, which is a skill that is written about in this blog.
