If you’d like to know which companies prioritize diversity within their workplace, DiversityInc has just announced its annual list of the Top 50 Companies. DiversityInc states this highly influential and well-regarded ranking of diversity and inclusion practices in corporate America is not just a vitally important benchmark of how the largest employers in our country are doing when it comes to hiring, but it’s also our chance to celebrate the companies that are doing the best when it comes to creating and retaining a diverse workforce; enacting fair and equitable measures for their employees; supporting diverse vendors; and creating an environment where leaders are held accountable for their daily actions and encouraged to promote equality on all levels.
