Jefferies Women’s Initiative (jWIN), Jefferies Network of Black and Latino Employees (J-NOBLE), jMosaic+ (Jefferies LGBTQ+ community) and jVETS (Jefferies Military Veterans Group) are excited to announce the launch of their Inclusive Insights – Equity Research Mentorship and Development Program.

Jefferies invites diverse students in the Class of 2024 to apply for the opportunity to participate in a ten-month program focused on mentorship, on-going training and professional development, and an exploration of a career in Equity Research. Successful applicants will be invited to interview for a 2023 US Equity Research summer internship at the end of the program.

Include your resume along with an essay/personal statement (500 words or less) on the following topic: Tell us about a leader (from any point in history) that you admire and why.

Applications submitted without a response to the essay question will not be considered. Please be sure to include your name on your essay.

Application Timeline

  • Submit your application by May 14, 2021
  • Finalists will be notified and provided additional details by May 19, 2021
  • Programming will begin June 7, 2021
