BigInterview has come up with diverse resources to continue to support both the LGBTQIA+ community as well as addressing neurodiversity in the workplace. These resources are made available to Bentley students via BigInterview under the “Learn” section here.
According to BigInterview, “We now have an LGBTQIA+ playbook that includes 12 video lessons. We consulted with experts from the LGBTQ+ community for this, including career counselors, recent job seekers, and hiring managers. Based on their feedback, we created this playbook to cover the most common challenges that come up. The playbook covers interview challenges, along with related job search challenges.”
BigInterview’s Neurodiversity Playbook identifies the importance the support of this community by saying, “We’ve had many requests to create a playbook that addresses this topic and now we’re happy to announce that we are offering a new Neurodiversity playbook that includes 15 video lessons. These lessons are designed specifically for job seekers with neurological differences who often face additional challenges during the job search and especially in interviews.
