Written by a successful researcher who has many popular publications.  This book specifically teaches the reader to be a successful manager in any industry.  Backed by her own personal research, this book is a great read for any level manager.

Book: Happy Hour is 9 to 5 by Alexander Kjerult

This book teaches managers that they need to motivate their employees so that they enjoy work.  Happy employees produce better work, but why do so many managers let their employees hate their jobs?  This book is a great read for anyone looking to improve their experience at work.
