This is a very active blog site that curates topics that are both relevant and interesting.  It offers multiple medias of resources and readers often comment with their feedback, which can provide more insight to a situation, and if not, at least provides another view of thinking, which is important to always consider in Human Resources.

Podcast: HBR IdeaCast

This podcast offers weekly episodes that features thought leaders, while highlighting their skill set, to discuss management in business.  These conversations offer anecdotal guidance for a wide array of different situations.
