Every business has to start somewhere, and this podcast through NPR, or National Public Radio, explores large successful business and their beginnings.  With relevant experts on each episode, listeners are guaranteed to be inspired and learn something new in each podcast.  

Book: The Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman

This book inspires those who do not have access to graduate level education, such as an MBA, or Masters in Business Administration, to achieve whatever they want because they are not defined by their level of education.  This book explains that a personal MBA, such as experience, can be more valuable than anything else.
