Ask for informal feedback
Have a conversation about best practices with your manager
Show up early, stay late

Complain – about your past job, current job, past managers, etc.
Ignore corporate culture
Act unprofessionally
Dress inappropriately
While there are plenty more to be added to the list, this is a great start to get you on your best foot forward when starting your new role. Oh, and one more thing … be happy in your new role and smile! It goes a long way.
