At least 5 times a week I’m asked “Can you tell me the name of a good company?”. Or “Who is the best in this industry?”. And yes there are copious amounts of information on company rankings. Many credible publications produce their own versions of lists using different methodologies. One of the most recent lists I came across is specific to the marketing, advertising and media relations industries. Adage.com recently published a list called Best Places to Work 2020. They looked at companies with over 200 employees and a separate list of companies with up to 200 employees. Adage.com surveyed employees, explored perks and benefits and considered other factors to produce their lists. If you are looking for a current list of the best companies to work for in the Marcomm/Media industry and want to learn more about this survey click here.
