I came across a really interesting article from the Harvard Business Review titled “How Consultants Project Expertise and Learn at the Same Time” and I encourage anyone considering a consulting career path to give this a read. The article focuses on the learning-credibility tension, which is all about how one learns and builds credibility simultaneously, a challenge for both new and experienced consultants.
