CWB Fellowship – Undergraduate students who participate in the spring-semester CWB Student Fellowship explore current workplace diversity issues and learn how individuals and organizations can be more inclusive. This is a really great way to be an ally and show your future employers how you have educated yourself around inclusive best practices. There are also networking opportunities through this program that would be valuable to your future career.
The CWB Fellowship consists of a series of learning opportunities structured to offer flexibility while ensuring Fellows gain knowledge fundamental to understanding and building an inclusive workplace. In order to complete the program, Fellows must attend workshops and events around topics such as unconscious bias, the confidence gap, men as allies, mentorship/sponsorship and more. This opportunity also includes mentors circles with senior level executives and corporate visits in order to gain a real-world understanding of best practices around diversity and inclusion.
