Mentorship: Who and What to Look For 

Finding a trusted and invested mentor is incredibly important when it comes to professional development. I can say from experience that you learn a lot from other individuals whether they be one or ten years older than you. 

Nevertheless, it can be quite intimidating and a bit confusing to find a mentor that is right for you. Here are some tips and pointers to help you identify what to look for when finding mentors that are invested in your career trajectory.
