Congratulations! You did it! You read one of my previous blog posts on how to make LinkedIn work for you and one of two things happened:
1. Your profile was seen and read by a recruiter at your dream company. You saw on your profile that it was viewed by the recruiter.
2. You feel confident in your newly revised profile and you now want to initiate contact with a recruiter.
The question that usually comes to mind is “now what?”. One of the most commonly asked questions about LinkedIn, is what is the proper etiquette when interacting with recruiters? How do you maintain a professional level of contact and not become “creepy”? What do I need to do to maintain a positive relationship? How do I not make mistakes in these interactions?
