Calling sophomore women interested in the financial services industry…
The Early ID Women’s Leadership Program program is a five week virtual program aligned to a variety of tracks within the bank. Participants will learn how to successfully navigate the summer intern recruiting process, participate in virtual technical training and business specific workshops, and will have a mentor guiding them along the way.
Who does Citi want to hear from? Current sophomore women enrolled in a four-year Baccalaureate Degree program from an accredited institution. All candidates will be selected based on their academic achievements such as extracurricular activities, campus leadership; and interest in the financial services industry. 3.3 GPA, preferred.
