Voting is now officially open for the 2018 In the Limelight Video Contest! The Limelight Video Contest is run by Lime Connect, a nonprofit organization, that aims to re-brand those with disability by showcasing the lives and achievements of those who live with a disability. Each year they host a video contest that encourages individuals living with a disability to make a one to two-and-a-half minute video that discusses their disability and how they overcome the challenges their condition presents. Viewers then vote on which videos they liked the best. The participants with the most votes are recognized by Lime Connect and receive a cash prize of $1000 for their efforts.
