Launching Leaders Program
The Launching Leaders program offers students, who self-identify as Black, Hispanic and Native American, a valuable introduction to a successful career in financial services, along with scholarship and internship opportunities. You’ll learn about JP Morgan’s businesses, gain an overview of the careers available within the firm and network with senior leaders from diverse backgrounds.

Freshman Experience
This exploratory program gives first-year university students, who self-identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American, an introduction to financial services and the opportunity to become familiar with our businesses and potential career paths. In this three day program, you will learn about the industry, network with leaders across the firm and benefit from interview coaching and mentorship.

Sophomore Development Program
This intensive program gives second-year university students, who self-identify as Black, Hispanic or Native American, the opportunity to sharpen their technical and professional skills. In this four day program, you will learn about financial markets, participate in team-driven case studies and network with recruiters and business leaders. You’ll also have the opportunity to interview for a 2019 summer internship or a full-time offer.

Winning Women

The Winning Women program provides an entry into financial services and a meaningful overview of the many opportunities for female leadership at the firm.  You’ll learn about JP Morgan’s global mission and culture of best-in-class business, and discover what it takes to launch your own successful career. The firm’s leaders share tips on personal branding and prepare you for interviews.

Proud to Be

The Proud to Be program provides undergraduate students, who self-identify as Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender, exclusive insight into the world of financial services and the day-to-day operations that support our global leadership.  You’ll benefit from our commitment to fostering talent as you expand your financial knowledge and professional network. You will learn about JP Morgan’s businesses, while networking with and training alongside some of the top team members who also have diverse backgrounds.
