Freshmen & Sophomore Women: Are you interested in INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT?

FRESHMEN AND SOPHOMORE WOMEN: If you’re interested in INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT, don’t miss this event when you get back from Spring Break!

Loomis, Sayles & Company, a premiere investment management firm with over $268 billion in assets under management as of December 31, 2017, will be offering mentorship and internship opportunities for women entering their sophomore or junior year in Fall 2018.

Loomis launched the Undergraduate Women’s Investment Network (UWIN)  in 2015, after a review of job applicants revealed that female candidates for junior level research positions at Loomis Sayles comprised only 18% of the applications received in 2014 and 2015.  The meager results inspired an innovative program and step towards progress. Shannon O’Mara, UWIN founder and Associate Director of Credit Research, designed a comprehensive mentorship and internship program at Loomis Sayles that has successfully partnered with 45 students over the last two years.

Join us in the Trading Room on Wednesday, March 14th, from 2:00pm – 3:30pm to learn more about careers in investment management, Loomis Sayles, and UWIN.  There will be a presentation and panel followed by networking and light refreshments.  RSVP REQUIRED!  Go to “Workshops and Employer Events” under the “Events” tab in BentleyLinkHope to see you there!
