On Monday evening, a group of students interested in learning more about careers in sustainability gathered to meet our speaker, Gregorii Klyachman who is a Business Development Associate and LEED Green Associate at Triumvirate Environmental.
Gregorii is a 2016 Bentley graduate and is loving his new career. He enthusiastically shared various details about his responsibilities as a Business Development Associate, as well as how great the company culture is. He also shared that the company really invests a lot in their new hires, especially when it comes to training. Triumvirate makes sure they are trained to discuss the many different aspects of sustainability—specifically waste recycling—with clients.
Gregorii explained that the company is expanding and hiring for many different positions. Luckily, Bentley students have the fusion that works with an interest in the sustainability and business knowledge. Greg felt strongly that Bentley prepared him well for launching his career at the firm.
How did he find the company? At the Bentley Career Fair. He walked right up to the table and mentioned that he was extremely interested in sustainability and was learning a tremendous amount through his LSM in Earth, Environment, and Global Sustainability.
Our next Career Communities meeting will take place on Wednesday, October 18th. It will be a workshop setting and all students attendees will tailor their resumes, cover letters and LinkedIn Summary’s. Don’t forget your laptops!
