Love Mondays with our new Director of Undergraduate Career Services/Career Education and Outcomes

Welcome back, Falcons. We missed you over the summer and can’t wait to hear about your adventures. Here in Career Services we have been on a journey as well. As a team, we’ve spent a lot of time talking about our beliefs, our values, and our work culture. It will be installed next week! We can’t wait for you to see it and to talk about the images together, as I truly believe in the saying, culture trumps strategy, every time. INTRODUCING ALYSSA HAMMOND

Many of you know Alyssa as our CDI architect, passionate teacher, social media guru and even Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon master. But did you also know that she is now our Director of Undergraduate Career Education and Outcomes (yup, she’s now a CEO!). And if you don’t know Alyssa, believe me, you will. She is a force of nature and a lover of Mondays and Bentley Falcons. And I am honored to count her as a colleague and friend. You will be hearing from Alyssa directly about all of the exciting plans she and our fabulous Undergraduate Career Services team have on tap for the semester. But for now, it’s Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! Let’s get to work to help YOU love Mondays too.
