2017 Ferrera Fellow is announced! Congratulations Lauren Davis ’19

Dear Bentley Community:

Professor Gerald R. Ferrera and the Ferrera Public Service Fellowship Committee, in collaboration with the Career Services Office, are pleased to announce that the 2017 Ferrera Public Service Fellowship has been awarded to Lauren Davis ‘19.

Lauren will be joining St. Francis House where she will work to create and launch a weekly publication. Lauren has been an active member of the Bentley community. She has volunteered for several nonprofit organizations and is a strong role model and mentor, both on and off campus. Her self-driven motivation to make a positive contribution to society was readily apparent to the committee.  We know through this experience, Lauren will continue to develop new skills, nurture her strengths and make valuable contributions this summer to St. Francis House.

The Gerald R. Ferrera Public Service Fellowship supports students seeking to apply their passion for public service within a nonprofit organization.

Please join us in congratulating Lauren.
