I have a job for you

With the number of programs coming up this semester, landing a job or interview is almost as easy as just showing up. You can find all Creative Engagement events here, but I want to simply highlight a few…

  • Still unsure if your resume and cover letter are up to snuff? Join Resumania and the Cover Letter Critique this week to have your materials reviewed.
  • Looking to better understand what roles are of interest to you? Or hoping to make a connection with professionals in your area of interest? The two evening Career Conversations program will give you a chance to speak with professionals from Video Marketing and Production, Sports Marketing, Product Development, Event Planning, Market Research, Corporate Recruiting, Product Management, Professional Sales, and Video Game Production just to name a few. The In the Field Trip series is also a great option as it brings you to companies’ offices to get a real in-depth view into what it’s like to work there. Check out the Vistaprint and Epsilon trips coming up.
  • Want to land a job or internship? The Spring Career Fair is always one of our largest events. Sign up in advance for a Fast Pass or come the day of if you would prefer. Don’t forget to read up on career fair tips and tricks beforehand if this is your first time.
  • Interested in digging deeper into creativity and design? The IDCC DesignHouse Inspiration Design Lecture Series is taking place every Wednesday starting with this week’s kickoff entitled Brainstorming – Where Creative Ideas Come From.
