The Hartford is offering a unique opportunity to a select number of students to explore more about the insurance industry and potential internship opportunities. Students selected will participate in a series of workshops , networking opportunities and a mini case competition.
Selection is based on available space, resume and experience. A limited few will get an opportunity to interview for 2016 internship positions. Apply Today!
Qualification MUST HAVES:
- Graduation date between May 2017 and May 2018
- Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher (out of 4.0 scale or equivalent)
- Demonstrated leadership experience and solid communication skills
- Record of high achievement, self-motivation, ability to multi-task and a strong work ethic
- Available to attend all specified dates in Hartford, CT*
- Interest in any of the following career fields: Actuarial Science, Claims, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Management, Marketing, Operations, Risk Management or other insurance related careers
Onsite Dates:
- June 24, 2015 – Introduction, Company & Leadership Development Programs (LDP) Overviews, Resume Writing & Interview Skills Workshop, & Facilities Tour
- July 22, 2015 – Mini-Case Competition and Networking with LDP Managers
- August 6, 2015 – Mock Interviews and possible selection for 2016 Internship
