Professor Elaine Walker offers strong career advice in her weekly blog that will be coming to you, via CareerEdge. The blog will cover topics from Career Fair tips, networking, interviewing, making the most of informational meetings, and many more important topics.

Professor Walker’s impressive background will give you insight into the knowledge she has to share. Professor Walker joined Bentley after an extended career in Human Resources Management with nearly twenty years of corporate and consulting experience in senior HR positions for high performing multinational corporations. She served as the SVP of Human Resources for Shell Oil Company, the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and Risk Management for Pizza Hut and the Director of Compensation and Benefits for NeXT Computers, the startup created by Steve Jobs.  She also served as a Principal with Towers Watson where she led global projects in talent Management and Organizational Development for organizations such as HP, Raytheon and Reliant Energy.

Professor Walker has been a lecturer, management adjunct faculty member, presented at many conferences including World at Work ,and conferred her Master in Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a BS Psychology, University of Michigan.
