  Maureen Fields, Research Associate, Grimes & Co, Westborough, MA

Ms. Fields is a Research Associate at Grimes & Co, a registered investment advisory firm with approximately $1.6 billion in assets under management.  Her primary responsibilities include trading, mutual fund research, performance reporting and analytics. Prior to joining Grimes & Co in October of 2013, Ms. Fields worked at DDJ Capital Management as an Operations Associate where she specialized in bank loan operations, compliance, and security data maintenance.  Ms. Fields graduated from Bentley University in 2012 with a B.S. in Economics-Finance and a Computer Information Systems minor. While at Bentley, she was a member of the Honors Program and a four year member and two year co-captain of the women’s lacrosse team.

 

  Karen Diane Johnson, Managing Director, The Debt Exchange, Boston, MA

Ms. Johnson manages the DebtX Analytics business. In this capacity, she is responsible for new client engagements and relationship management. During her tenure at DebtX, Ms. Johnson has built a valuation and analytics franchise, securing engagements from insurance companies, real estate debt funds, investment banks, commercial banks, opportunity funds and government sponsored entities (GSEs). The DebtX Analytics business provides valuations and analytics for nearly $1 trillion in real estate debt assets quarterly. Ms. Johnson joined DebtX from Standard and Poor’s Real Estate Risk Management group, where she served as a Director of Sales and managed client relationships for financial institutions investing in U.S. CMBS with assets under management in excess of $100 billion. Prior to Standard and Poor’s, Ms. Johnson was a Vice President of Sales within State Street Global Markets. Ms. Johnson began her finance career as a Wall Street bond trader.  Ms. Johnson received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree from Yale University. She also attended the New York University Stern School of Business. Ms. Johnson is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
