Grant Thornton is a public accounting firm that values our women’s career aspirations. To help our women achieve their goals, we established Women at Grant Thornton, a program with the mission to enhance the recruitment, retention, and advancement of women into leadership positions.

On Friday, November 22nd, Grant Thornton’s New England Cluster is inviting a select number of students to spend a day with our Women at Grant Thornton group to explore what sustains women in global leadership positions and how we can each work toward that sustainment. Applicants can look forward to:

Discussion and activities based on the McKinsey Centered Leadership framework which focuses on thinking and acting in ways that achieve higher impact – resulting in higher performance and greater career and personal satisfaction.

  •  Lunch in small groups with female professionals in different stages of their careers and from all service lines including Audit, Tax, and Advisory
  • Interactive panel discussion with our top women leaders to share their experiences, discuss success factors, and answer your questions
