Calling all PR and Marketing Communications Enthusiasts

The new year is just a couple of weeks away and there are opportunities already flying in. BentleyLink is filling up with fall internship postings (20+ in the past week alone!) and employers and professional organizations are planning out the best ways to reach out to you.

If you are interested in public relations, communications, special events, or marketing, I want to highlight one such opportunity: a membership with the Publicity Club of New England. The flyer below gives a little more information, but I am happy to discuss the organization if you are interested in learning more as I was a board member until earlier this summer.

The Publicity Club gives you the chance to:

  • Develop your portfolio
  • Get recognition (and $$$)
  • Grow your network

Interested in getting even more involved in the world of communications and work side-by-side with industry experts? The Publicity Club of New England is launching a brand new student ambassador program. Find details below:

Student Ambassadors will work directly with PubClub board members to engage their peers in the PubClub, increasing overall student membership at their college or university. Ambassadors are diligent, hard-working students looking to grow their professional network and gain invaluable skills that will give them an edge in their future careers. This is a great opportunity to hone important professional skills, while also building invaluable relationships with industry professionals.

To join the organization in general, visit https://www.pubclub.org/student-membership/. If you are interested in being an ambassador, email me at ahelfand@bentley.edu, and I will connect you with the program manager.
