Exciting news in the ISAC world!

The Information Systems Audit and Control major has just been reclassified as a STEM program for Bentley Students!  Why is this good news?  This will make the major even more attractive for students who are looking to specialize in a STEM field, and for the employers who want to hire them.  In addition, international students who graduate with an ISAC degree are now eligible for a 24 month extension to their Optional Practical Training (OPT).  OPT provides temporary employment related to a students’ field of study in a STEM discipline.  Non-STEM degree graduates are only eligible for a 12 month OPT.  This will be a big advantage for international students!

Congratulations to all current ISAC students!  And, for those who have yet to declare your major, don’t miss out on this great option!  For specific information regarding required courses for this major, go to: http://www.bentley.edu/offices/academic-services/major-information-systems-audit-and-control
