New Ferrera Public Service Fellows selected

Professor Gerald R. Ferrera and the Ferrera Public Service Fellowship Committee, in collaboration with the Career Services Office, are pleased to announce that the 2016 Ferrera Public Service Fellowships have been awarded to Cassidy Bowers ‘17  and Allison Criscenzo ‘17.

Cassidy will be joining the Global Smile Foundation this summer where she will develop and implement a fundraising strategy. Allison will be joining St. Francis House where she will work on a social enterprise project. Cassidy and Allison are both active members of the Bentley community. They volunteer for several nonprofit organizations and are strong role models and mentors on and off campus. Their leadership abilities were evident from their previous work experience and their motivation to make a positive contribution to society and their respective organizations.  We know Allison and Cassidy will continue to develop new skills, nurture their strengths and make valuable contributions this summer to their chosen organizations.

The Gerald R. Ferrera Public Service Fellowship supports students seeking to apply their passion for public service within a nonprofit organization.

Please join us in congratulating Cassidy and Allison!
